Our Story
Wellnessmealprep was born from a simple observation: many people struggle to understand how to prepare nutritious, balanced meals at home. While nutrition science advanced rapidly, practical cooking knowledge and meal planning skills remained scattered across countless sources, often contradictory and difficult to apply.
In Thessaloniki, our founding team recognized that the gap between nutrition theory and everyday kitchen practice needed bridging. We decided to create a comprehensive, certification-based cooking course that combines scientific nutrition principles with hands-on culinary training.
